Questions to the "Holy Family Services" (after the Sunday meeting)

1. How many on the Board? Please provide names and positions of people on the Board. How long is a Board Member’s term on the Board? How often are people replaced?
2. CEO - Is this a contract position, and if yes, what is the term of the contract? Could we please have a summary of Alexandra Davis’s qualifications and details of her job at Paynter Dixon (exact role, for how many years). Also where she worked prior to that?
3. Can you please put Annual General Reports for last 5 years on the website? We would like more information on profits in various arms of the business, and information on where these profits are directed.
4. Please expand website so that people can look at all serious redevelopment plan options which are currently being considered, and provide comments on line.
5. Is the land in one ownership or split into various lots? If yes, what are these lots numbers, and could we have information on who is the registered lot owner of each allotment.
6. Is there an overall plan (Masterplan) for the site’s future development? If yes, could we please see it. If no, has this ever been considered to ensure a holistic consideration of the site and its future.
