Agnieszka Lis studied opera singing at the Conservatory of Frederick Chopin in Warsaw, and the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz (Poland), in the class of Professor Hanna Rejmer. In 1997-2001 Agnieszka continued her singing study at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg (Austria), under Professor Janusz Niziolek, and then in the class of Professor Gudrun Volkert. Agnieszka mastered song and oratorio under Professor Hartmut Holl and Mitzuko Shirai and then in the class of Professor Anton Spiri. Agnieszka took an active part in masterclasses with Gerhard Kahry, Christian Elsner, and Grace Bumbry.

Agnieszka is a winner of the Stiftung Mozarteum Agnes Jacobi Prize. Since 2011 Agnieszka is permanently employed at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg as an Assistant of the Director in the Class of Opera. In her artistic achievements Agnieszka participated in numerous evening concerts and solo performances in masses and oratorios, among others, with the Pomeranian Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz (Poland), in Manheim (Germany), and in Salzburg (Austria), singing in the Passion of John, Magnificent, and a number of Cantatas by Jan Sebastian Bach, in Messiah by George Frederick Handel; and in the Coronation Mass, in the Mass in C minor, and in the Requiem by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Agnieszka performed also in a number of concerts devoted to the music by Giovanni Battista Pergolesi, Felix Mendelson, and Giacomo Rossini. Agnieszka sang in the Matthew Passion by J.S. Bach under the direction of the conductor Gustav Kuhn.

Agnieszka took part in numerous opera productions, including Dido and Aeneas, Coronation of Poppea, ‘Cosi fan tutte, The Marriage of Figaro, and The Magic Flute. Agnieszka performed in The Barber of Seville at the Chiemgau Festival in Germany, and in Jacob Lenz at the Salzburg Festival. Agnieszka was touring with the Compagnia Italiana di Milano d'Opera performing in Rigoletto, and with the Sound of Austria singing in Hansel and Gretel. In 2003-2006 Agnieszka performed solo at the Operetta Festival in Bad Ischl (Austria). Since 2007 Agnieszka collaborates constantly with the conductor Gustav Kuhn on numerous projects and concerts. Agnieszka is permanently affiliated with the Sound of Austria agency.

Krzysztof Malek is a Polish pianist residing in Sydney, Australia. He has graduated with highest distinction for extraordinary artistic achievements from a special talents school- Z. Brzewski State Music High School in Warsaw. He had studied with Teresa Manasterska at the Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw, on full scholarship studies Victor Makarov in Sydney and Lee Kum Sing at the Vancouver Academy of Music in Canada. He had also taken part in Masterclasses with some of the greatest pedagogues including Victor Merzhanov (Moscow Conservatory), Oxana Yablonskaya (Juilliard School), Natalia Sheludiakova (AIM), Rita Reichman (ANAM Melbourne), Vladimir Viardo (Moscow Conservatory), Alexey Orlovetzky (St Petersburg Conservatory), Christopher Elton (Royal Academy of Music, London) and several others.

Since his early successes in piano competitions, Krzysztof has continued to travel and perform around the world. So far music has taken him to nearly twenty countries in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. He has made a number of archive recordings for radio and television in several countries. He has also played the main role of Frederic in a film about Chopin. In 2007 his first DVD featuring Grieg Piano Concerto was released internationally. In recent months Krzysztof had recorded a new DVD with music by Chopin, which is currently in the process of editing. In 2000, in recognition of his achievements he was awarded the prestigious prize-scholarship by the Polish Ministry of Culture.

In 2008 Mr. Malek received a Distinguished Talent Permanent Residency of Australia.In 2011 he was awarded an honorary Diploma from the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage for ‘Outstanding achievements in promoting the heritage of the great composer internationally during the International Chopin Year 2010’. In addition to performing, Krzysztof speaks seven languages and is a keen pilot. Mr. Malek is represented by Wayne Cornell/G’day Hollywood Productions in Australia and Don Casino Productions in the USA.
